How Do I Place A Custom Order? / How Do I Place An Order?
Custom orders can be placed through the Custom Order Form on our website, through email at houseofsweetsss@gmail.com or you can reach us through the phone at (301) - 732 - 9130. For non custom orders, we offer other cookies and premade treats that are readily available for pickup. These desserts can be browsed and ordered through our website.
Should I Book In Advance? How Far In Advance Should I Book My Order?
Booking in advance is advised. For large and or custom orders, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance. For readily available to purchase treats, we recommend 2-3 days advance in booking.
Do You Ship Your Cookies & Other Treats?
House of Sweetsss does not ship any of our baked goods due to the Maryland Food Cottage Law, which prohibits any and all home based bakeries from shipping desserts.
Do You Deliver Treats Within Maryland?
House of Sweetsss does not deliver any of our treats within Maryland or make deliveries of any kind.
What Is Your Pricing? / How Are Your Prices Accumulated?
For Custom Cookie orders prices start at $57.00 per dozen.
Complex designs such as characters, logos, etc and added art mediums such as painting, airbrushing and metallics will increase the pricing.
The finalized price for all custom ordered cookies will be sent via invoice through email.
Mini Cookie orders are $30.00 per dozen.
Premade Decorated Sugar Cookies cannote be customized and come at the set price listed on the website.
Drop Cookies are $3.00 per cookie.
Do You Offer Gluten Free Cookies/Treats?
Yes! If requested, gluten free cookies can be made for your order. However, non gluten free treats are also made in the kitchen.
What Other Treats Do You Sell Other Than Cookies?
Majority of all desserts at House of Sweetsss are cookie based; however, if you're not looking to order custom cookies we offer cookie cakes, cookies bars, cookie sandwiches and other delicious treats and flavors that you can find on our website through our pages of products.

Is There A Minimum Order Amount?
Minimum order amounts are required for custom ordered cookies. We require a minimum of a dozen (12) cookies for your order.
What Are Your Work Hours?
House of Sweetsss is open Monday through Saturday at 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sundays.
Caring For Your Cookies

Sugar cookies can stay fresh for up to 10 days as long as they are in their original packaging. If you're saving your cookies for a later time to enjoy, they can be placed in the freezer while in their original packaging for up to 2 months. When ready to eat, take the cookies out of the freezer while still in their original packaging, and let them sit out on the counter the night before your event.

You can store your cookie cake in either the refrigerator or an airtight container that's at room temperature. It is important to keep your cookie cakes in an airtight seal to keep the cookie moist and the buttercream from hardening. With proper storage your cake can last up to 3 to 4 days.

Similar to our Cookie Sandwiches, our Cookie Bars taste best at room temperature or chilled. To store your bars, keep them in their container or plastic wrap the bars in their original packaging. Our cookie bars last between 3 and 4 days after purchase if properly stored. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge half an hour prior.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, tree nuts, wheat, eggs and other allergens. We do our best to contain and seperate ingredients and any other cross contaminations. We cannot guarantee equipment to be exact allergen free as we use shared equipment to prep, store and serve.
